Delivery of Goods

Delivery of goods is carried out throughout Europe.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

• Standard shipping: 2 – 4 business days, €5.00

• Free shipping for orders over €300

EU (European Union):

• Flat shipping fee within the European Union: €15.00

Rest of the World:

• Shipping costs: €27.00

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 2 – 4 days, and international deliveries within 2 – 8 days after conclusion of the contract (for advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.

Customs

For goods delivered to or ordered from outside the EU, customs duties may apply. These customs fees must be borne by the buyer and are not included in the sales price.
