Can I return a dress if I don’t like it?
Yes, you can return your online order within 14 days. Condition: the single-use seal must be intact and still attached to the dress.
General information about the single-use seal
All of our dresses come with a single-use seal. This is a security tag designed to prevent misuse. We introduced the seal because in the past, dresses were often ordered, worn at events, and then returned – which led to disputes over compensation for damage or stains.
• The single-use seal does not prevent you from trying on the dress.
• For returns, the seal must be intact and attached to the dress.
• If you decide to keep the dress, you can remove the seal. Reattaching it is not possible.
• The seal is only a protective measure and not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
How does the return process work?
We provide you with a free DHL return label for your return.
• With a customer account: download the label directly.
• Without a customer account: use the link in your shipping confirmation (“Your order is on its way to you”).
When will I receive my refund?
After your return has been received, the refund usually takes 3–6 working days. Depending on the payment method, it may take an additional 1–2 working days.
Can I return a dress that doesn’t fit or is damaged?
• Does not fit / don’t like it: return possible within 14 days.
• Damaged upon receipt: please contact our customer service.
• Damage after wearing: no refund possible.
Can I return an online order in-store?
No, online orders must be returned using the return label.
Does the return policy also apply to in-store purchases?
No, the right of withdrawal only applies to online orders. For purchases made in-store, please refer to the information on your receipt.
Do I have to state the reason for the return?
No. However, we appreciate feedback to improve our service.
Do I have to use the original packaging?
No, sturdy packaging is sufficient. Important: items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and with the single-use seal intact.
Does returning cost anything?
No, your return is free of charge within 14 days.
Can I request an exchange at the same time as the return?
No, please do not include a new order with your return. Order the desired item separately via the online shop.
Do I get a discount for damaged goods?
No. If a dress is unexpectedly faulty, we will of course exchange it for a flawless one after the return (if available).
