Can I return a dress if I don’t like it?

Yes, you can return your online order within 14 days. Condition: the single-use seal must be intact and still attached to the dress.


General information about the single-use seal

All of our dresses come with a single-use seal. This is a security tag designed to prevent misuse. We introduced the seal because in the past, dresses were often ordered, worn at events, and then returned – which led to disputes over compensation for damage or stains.

The single-use seal does not prevent you from trying on the dress.

For returns, the seal must be intact and attached to the dress.

If you decide to keep the dress, you can remove the seal. Reattaching it is not possible.

The seal is only a protective measure and not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.


How does the return process work?

We provide you with a free DHL return label for your return.

With a customer account: download the label directly.

Without a customer account: use the link in your shipping confirmation (“Your order is on its way to you”).


When will I receive my refund?

After your return has been received, the refund usually takes 3–6 working days. Depending on the payment method, it may take an additional 1–2 working days.


Can I return a dress that doesn’t fit or is damaged?

Does not fit / don’t like it: return possible within 14 days.

Damaged upon receipt: please contact our customer service.

Damage after wearing: no refund possible.


Can I return an online order in-store?

No, online orders must be returned using the return label.


Does the return policy also apply to in-store purchases?

No, the right of withdrawal only applies to online orders. For purchases made in-store, please refer to the information on your receipt.


Do I have to state the reason for the return?

No. However, we appreciate feedback to improve our service.


Do I have to use the original packaging?

No, sturdy packaging is sufficient. Important: items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and with the single-use seal intact.


Does returning cost anything?

No, your return is free of charge within 14 days.


Can I request an exchange at the same time as the return?

No, please do not include a new order with your return. Order the desired item separately via the online shop.


Do I get a discount for damaged goods?

No. If a dress is unexpectedly faulty, we will of course exchange it for a flawless one after the return (if available).
